Dry Solids Bag and Box Filling System

Here is a custom made, dry solids filling system for filling bulk boxes and flexible bags. The operation starts with a pallet from the dispenser at the beginning of the system. A plastic liner is inserted into the box. Powered conveyors accumulate pallets prior to the filling station. During the filling cycle the pallet is lifted and vibrated to lower the angle of repose. After lowering the final fill is made. Discharging the load allows the next one to automatically enter the filling station.
