Mobile Pail Filler – Dual Lance

This unique mobile pail filler, with two filling lances and an air-operated lid press, was custom-made for batch filling operations at multiple filling locations. With four swivel casters and two handrails, it can be moved around by hand or by a fork truck. The clear safety shields allow the operator complete protection from splash-back of chemicals. While positioned at a filling station, it can fill 8 to 10 five gallon pails per minute, depending on viscosity. All the wetted parts comply with sanitary conditions.
