Automatic Palletized Drum Filler

This patented fully automatic palletized drum filler, model ADF-5540, can fill steel, plastic, or fiber, 55-gallon drums, with or without a pallet. It is designed to find the bung opening, position the lance over the opening, automatically fill to the desired weight, and repeat for all containers on the pallet all without operator intervention. Optionally, it can remove and replace the bungs, and dust caps. The tested fill rate of water is four drums every four to five minutes, which allows for the load to drive in and out of the filling station. All the wetted parts comply with sanitary conditions.
